Role Description The Pharmacist role at FINETEC WELLNESS PHARMACY is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Pharmacist will dispense and verify prescriptions, check for drug interactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include counseling patients on proper medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, managing inventory, and overseeing medication ordering and stock rotation. The Pharmacist will also support wellness initiatives, contribute to quality improvement activities, and help train and guide pharmacy staff as needed.
Qualifications

• Relevant pharmacy degree (B.Pharm or D.Pharm; M.Pharm preferred) and valid registration/license with the appropriate pharmacy council.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and prescription interpretation.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management systems, documentation, and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities, with a focus on clear, respectful, and culturally sensitive interactions.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, high accuracy in dispensing, and commitment to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or clinical pharmacy environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Experience in community or hospital pharmacy practice in India is an advantage; familiarity with local regulations and insurance/cash processes is beneficial.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Lucknow, including weekends or shift rotations as required.
