Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing & Verification: Review and interpret doctor orders for accuracy, proper dosage, and compatibility with other drugs.
• Compounding & Preparation: Prepare sterile products, chemotherapy, and IV admixtures under safe conditions.
• Clinical Collaboration: Join medical rounds, monitor patient responses, and suggest treatment adjustments.
• Inventory Management: Track pharmaceutical stock, manage expiry dates, and order supplies.
• Safety & Compliance: Report adverse drug reactions, follow hospital policies, and meet regional pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree (B.Pharm), Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D), or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
• Licensure: Valid registered pharmacist license from the state or regional pharmacy council.
