- Review prescriptions for accuracy and doses
- Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately as per applicable regulations.
- Explain dosage, precautions, side effects and storage requirements to customers
- Respond professionally to customer questions regarding medicines and healthcare products.
- Guide customers on appropriate wellness, OTC and healthcare products within the permitted scope.
- Monitor medicine stock levels and support timely replenishment.
- Check batch numbers and expiry dates regularly
- Support stock audits and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy, drug and regulatory requirements
- Follow company SOPs, safety standards and quality procedures.
- Contribute to achieving store service and business objectives without compromising professional ethics.
