3. Centre Operations Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the wellness centre.
• Maintain SOP compliance across all activities.
• Monitor appointment scheduling and service delivery.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and facility maintenance.

4. Inventory & Asset Management

• Monitor stock levels of wellness products and consumables.
• Minimize stock-outs and inventory losses.

• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
