Pharmacist - Voice Support

Role & responsibilities:

What Youll Do:

• Recommending and educating customers on high-quality, doctor-approved branded generic substitutes and help them save on costs.

• Handle and resolve customer queries about prescriptions, medicines, and orders via voice support.

• Accurately interpret and verify prescriptions.

• Provide clear, empathetic, and professional customer assistance.

• Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, escalations, and issue resolution.

• Ensure full compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policy.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist.

• D. Pharma or B. Pharma qualification required.

• Prior experience in an ePharmacy or online healthcare setup is a big plus!

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends (with weekday offs).

• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus!).

• Strong prescription-reading ability and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with patience and professionalism.
