Roles and Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory management.
  
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, laws, and standards.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals.
  
• Provide expert advice on medications, treatment options, and healthcare products to customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-6 years of experience in retail pharmacy setting.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or equivalent qualification (e.g., Diploma in D Pharma).
  
• Strong knowledge of dispensing procedures, medicine usage guidelines, and pharmaceutical principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective counseling of customers on medication use.
