Hiring a Pharma Sales Manager for a leading B2B healthcare platform.

Multiple roles and multiple locations.

Role & responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies, having good connect with hospital purchase managers
• Onboarding and managing Dealers / Distributors for generating hospital business
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and margins with hospital purchase managers
• Conduct product detailing and presentation to healthcare professionals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategy
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, Business or related field
• Prior experience in Hospital Pharma Sales (Therapy areas - Ophthal, Nephrology, Cardiac, IVF/Hormones, Vaccines, Human Albumin - IVIG)
• Strong communications, negotiations and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and capable of working independently
