Work Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai

Work Type: Working from Mastek office

Shift Timing: 3pm-11pm

Job Description

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 5 years of BA experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Medical Affairs experience is mandatory.
• Own and drive end-to-end requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, IT, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT, requirement validation, and solution delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
