Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Head – Professional Lighting to lead the product portfolio, drive product strategy, and manage a high-performing team. The candidate should have strong experience in the professional lighting industry and a proven track record in product management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for professional lighting.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product development, pricing, positioning, launches, and portfolio management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the product team, ensuring achievement of business objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and new product opportunities.
• Work closely with R&D, design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams for successful product development and launches.
• Drive product revenue, profitability, market share, and overall portfolio growth.
• Develop product specifications and ensure products meet market and customer requirements.
• Build relationships with architects, lighting designers, consultants, contractors, and key customers.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, technology, and market positioning.
• Support the sales team with product training, technical presentations, product launches, and customer engagements.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in the lighting industry, preferably in professional/architectural/commercial lighting.
• Strong experience in product management and product strategy.
• Proven team-handling and leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of lighting technologies, applications, products, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects from concept to market.
