Pgt Teacher

We are looking for qualified, experienced, and passionate teachers for the positions of PGT English, PGT Mathematics, and TGT Mathematics. The selected candidates will be responsible for classroom teaching, student mentoring, academic planning, assessments, and implementing effective and innovative teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
Explain concepts clearly using appropriate teaching methods and learning resources.
Conduct tests, assignments, assessments, and evaluate student performance.
Provide individual academic guidance and support to students.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and overall development.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, and other academic activities.
Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to the overall academic development of the institution.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Candidates from reputed schools/residential schools will be preferred.
Willingness to adopt new teaching strategies, technology, and innovative learning methods.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and commitment towards students academic development.
Candidates should be comfortable with a residential/hostel-based school environment.

Subject-Wise Requirements

PGT English

Postgraduate degree in English with B.Ed.
Strong knowledge of English language, literature, grammar, and communication skills.
Ability to teach senior secondary-level students.

PGT Mathematics

Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with B.Ed.
Strong command of advanced mathematical concepts.
Ability to teach senior secondary-level Mathematics.

TGT Mathematics

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with B.Ed.
Strong conceptual understanding of Mathematics.
Ability to teach middle and secondary-level students.
