Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet academic standards.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
  
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on best practices.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and improve overall school performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  
• Proficiency in Communicative English language skills with strong grammar understanding.
  
• Strong knowledge in English Literature or related field.
  
• 2-7 years of experience as a PGT English teacher or equivalent role.
