Job Description of Position Incumbent

1. Maintenance knowledge of Ball Mill & Roller Press.
2. Maintenance knowledge of Separator, Bucket elevators, Belt Conveyors, Bag filters, apron feeder & Air slide.
3. Maintenance of Compressor & Blower including of Pump House and Cooling Tower.
4. Planning and sharing requirement of advanced good quality tools and tackles for fast execution of jobs.
5. Manpower planning in advance for daily jobs, shutdown & breakdown jobs.
6. Execution of preventive & corrective maintenance activities & reduction in section cost by reducing breakdowns.
7. Knowledge of SAP for material/manpower procurement, SES entry, PM notification closing.
8. Capture all maintenance activity in SAP through notification & maintain history of equipment.
9. To ensure optimum availability of cement mill throughout the year and systematic implementation of maintenance schedule to achieve production targets.
10. To support SH Mechanical in planning, organizing & coordinating the implementation of field operation, preventive & predictive maintenance activities.
