PF Material (Raw Material)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute procurement of coal as per plant requirements and inventory norms.
• Coordinate with approved vendors and suppliers for timely placement and execution of purchase orders.
• Monitor coal consumption, stock levels, and replenishment requirements.
• Track coal dispatches, shipments, and transportation to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with quality, stores, finance, and operations teams for smooth procurement activities.
• Review supplier performance related to quality, quantity, delivery, and commercial compliance.
• Analyze market trends, coal prices, and supply conditions to support procurement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, vendor documentation, and reports.
• Support cost optimization initiatives through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies.
