Job Description PF Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Provident Fund Trust and EPFO-related activities.
• Process PF withdrawal, transfer, settlement and other employee PF-related requests.
• Coordinate with employees for PF claims, UAN, Aadhaar, PAN, bank account and KYC-related matters.
• Verify and process PF transfer and withdrawal cases, including Form 13 and other applicable forms.
• Coordinate with EPFO offices for PF-related matters, grievances, inspections, notices and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor monthly PF contributions, ECR/challan-related activities and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll for PF contribution, employee master data and salary-related information.
• Monitor PF contractor compliance and obtain necessary PF records/documents from contractors.
• Maintain PF employee records, registers, reports and supporting documentation.
• Prepare MIS and periodic reports relating to PF contributions, claims, transfers, settlements and pending cases.
• Assist in PF Trust accounting, audit requirements and preparation of information/documents for auditors and Trustees.
• Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of PF-related issues.
• Coordinate with banks, PF Trust, EPFO and other service providers for PF transactions and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EPF laws, schemes, notifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely closure of pending PF cases.
