Pest Control Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Supervisor with 2 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be below 40 years old.

• Supervise pest control operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Coordinate with technicians to complete tasks on time and maintain high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential pest issues and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and implement pest control strategies to minimize chemical use.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service integration.
• Train and guide junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Proven experience in pest control supervision or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pest behavior, ecology, and management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
