Personnel Executive / Personnel Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Assist in employee joining formalities, induction, and onboarding.
• Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR policies.
• Support employee welfare activities, engagement programs, and grievance handling.
• Assist in maintaining attendance records, leave data, and other personnel-related MIS.
• Coordinate employee communication and HR-related activities.
• Support statutory compliance documentation and personnel administration.
• Assist in maintaining discipline and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with employees and departmental representatives for routine HR activities.

Desired Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Good coordination, documentation, and record-keeping skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• BSW / MSW from a recognized institution.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in HR, personnel, employee welfare, or administration will be preferred.
