Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and field-ready Executive Personal Secretary & Business Development Assistant. This is a 100% on-site and in-person role (no work-from-home flexibility). The position demands a physical presence in the office and active field deployment. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend core executive administrative support with active client relationship management and business development. You must be fully prepared for frequent outstation travel and possess a "whatever it takes" attitude to keep clients happy, secure new business, and execute tasks on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site & Field Operations: Work entirely from our physical office location and deploy directly to the field or client sites as required.
• Client Care & Satisfaction: Act as the face of the business for key clients. Build strong personal relationships, address their needs instantly, and do what is necessary to ensure maximum client happiness and retention.
• Business Development & Growth: Actively support business expansion by identifying leads, coordinating sales pitches, following up on prospects, and driving revenue opportunities.
• Outstation Travel: Travel frequently to outstation locations on short notice to manage client relations, attend meetings, or oversee field projects.
• Dynamic Executive Support: Manage executive schedules, coordinate confidential correspondence, and handle high-priority tasks with absolute adaptability.
