Role/Job Title: Relationship Manager Personal Loan

Job Purpose

The Relationship Manager – Personal Loan will be responsible for driving Personal Loan business through assigned branches and developing strong relationships with customers, business owners, entrepreneurs partners in the market.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring customers, managing sales channels, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The incumbent will also manage and mentor a team of Field Officers to achieve business targets and ensure sustainable portfolio growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Loan business and achieve assigned targets.
• Generate leads through branch, self-sourcing, referrals, and alternate channels.
• Acquire new customers and build strong customer & corporate relationships.
• Identify and develop new sourcing channels and empanel corporates.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the Field Officer team.
• Recruit, train, and improve team productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other teams for smooth processing and disbursal.
• Ensure compliance, portfolio quality, and collection efficiency.
• Conduct market visits and track competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure excellent customer service and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Education Qualification

Graduate / MBA preferred

Experience

8–10 years of relevant experience in Personal Loans must, & other loans, or related financial services.
