Personal Loan Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for personal loans.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
• Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction and disbursement targets.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per company guidelines.
• Log loan applications in the system and coordinate the process until disbursement.
• Follow up with customers and internal Credit & Operations teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products wherever applicable.
• Develop relationships with vendors/channel partners for business generation.
• Ensure all activities follow company policies, SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can be considered depending on the role.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Freshers and candidates with sales/BFSI/loan-sales experience may be considered for applicable openings.
• Strong relationship-building and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with customer interaction and sales activities.
