Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Content & Personal Branding Specialist / Founder-led Content Creator who can strengthen the digital presence of a Founder in a particular niche.

The role will involve creating and publishing the fresh & engaging content for different platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, which includes different forms of content (text, Short Videos, Carousel). This is not a routine social media management role. We need someone who can research, think, write, create and continuously bring fresh ideas that make Founder & Brand stand out.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Positioning: Build a clear public narrative and define a unique niche aligned with the leader's goals.
• Create & publish Content Ideas for LinkedIn Reels and short-form videos, including concepts, scripts, hooks, captions and visual direction.
• Research trending topics & convert them into engaging content.
• Build thought-leadership content around business vision, expansion, entrepreneurship and professional insights.
• Create strong hooks, storytelling concepts and campaigns that generate reach, engagement and business enquiries.
• Track competitors and industry trends and continuously propose fresh and differentiated content ideas.
• Media & PR: Secure speaking engagements, podcast interviews, and media coverage.
