Personal Banker Sales- AM Grade

Sales & Relationship Management

• Acquire new customers through field visits, branch walkins, and referrals.
• Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and pitch suitable banking products.
• Crosssell savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, loans, insurance, investments, and other retail products.
• Conduct regular customer followups to deepen relationships and improve wallet share.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Provide personalized assistance to customers visiting the branch.
• Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth service experience.
• Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and product onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of customer information.
• Work closely with branch staff, relationship managers, and product teams for leads and conversions.
• Refer customers to specialist teams for loans, wealth products, or insurance wherever relevant.
• Participate in branch sales activities, customer engagement drives, and campaigns.
