A Personal Banker Sales is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and driving branch revenue through needbased product crossselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new Savings and Current Accounts.
• Deepen existing customer relationships.
• Crosssell products like FDs, Credit Cards, Insurance, Loans, and Mutual Funds.
• Provide smooth customer service and resolve queries.
• Maintain proper documentation, KYC compliance, and follow bank processes.
• Support branch targets through daily customer interactions.
