Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Voice Customer Service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle customer queries related to banking products and services
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Comfortable working in shifts, including rotational shifts
