• Maintain and grow a highquality liability portfolio through acquisition of Savings & Current Accounts, Deposits, and crosssell opportunities.
• Deliver personalised branchlevel service, manage customer queries, and ensure smooth onboarding with complete KYC and documentation compliance.
• Build strong, longterm relationships with Classic customers through regular engagement, financial needs assessment, and proactive service.
• Drive branch business targets by generating leads, deepening existing portfolios, and promoting digital banking adoption.
