Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant (Live-in Role)
Hello,
We are hiring for the position of Personal Assistant at Swarg Gold Touch Ltd.
Job Location: Kuber Darbar
Shelawali, Shahapur, Thane
(Relocation required Live-in role)
Approximately 75 km from Mumbai
Salary: 30,000 – 60,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 years minimum
Facilities: Food and accommodation will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day activities and coordination.
• Handle enquiries and coordinate with customers and business contacts.
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and daily tasks.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain records, reports, documents, and important information.
• Follow up on business activities, leads, meetings, and assigned tasks.
• Assist in planning and implementing business and marketing activities.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, employees, and external contacts.
• Ensure timely completion and follow-up of tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
• Support the overall administration and management of Kuber Darbar.
Special Opportunity:
You will also be trained as part of a unique Kuber Golden Temple Making & Management Training Program, offering valuable experience in temple operations, administration, and management.
