About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the founder.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
- Plan events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, etc. by coordinating logistics with vendors.
- Handle correspondence (email, phone calls) on behalf of the founder and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in EA role or similar position.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar) & email management tools (e.g., Outlook) and tech enthusiast.
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail; excellent organisational abilities required.
