About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily schedule of the Managing Director, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for domestic and international trips.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist with correspondence related to business operations.
- Provide administrative support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by senior management.
Job Requirements :
- 4-14 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role in an IT services & consulting industry.
- Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience working with executives at senior levels; knowledge of MOM (Management Operating Model) principles preferred.
