Personal Assistant To Chief Financial Officer

• Manage the CFOs complex calendar, prioritizing time-sensitive financial matters and organizing departmental / management meetings.
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls and documents which require attention.
• Perform accounting tasks such as journal entries, bank reconciliations and GST Compliance / filling
• Prepare financial reports, presentations and draft financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgetsand data analys is
• Liaison with internal and external auditors and ensure all departmental records are ready for audits
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Manage professional & personal Accounts of the senior management
• Prior work experience in any University / Hospital / Medical college / or in any Education Institution is preferred

Qualifications and Skills:

• Command on Tally & advance Excel formulas
• Good understanding of financial terminology, bookkeeping, accounting principles and MIS.
• Attention to detail, strong verbal/written communication and the ability to work under high pressure.
