Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Senior Officer (Female Candidate Only)

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to a senior officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the officer's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
Organize travel arrangements and maintain confidential records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Excellent English communication an interpersonal skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in educational sector, particularly as a personal Assistant to a Senior university officer.
