Personal Assistant and Driver To the Founder

Role & Responsibilities-

• Drive the Founder safely for office, meetings, appointments and personal commitments.
• Manage daily errands, pickups, deliveries, bookings, payments and follow-ups.
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, travel arrangements and basic paperwork.
• Coordinate with vendors, household staff and service providers.
• Manage vehicle servicing, fuel, insurance and related records.
• Handle pet-related errands such as vet/grooming visits, transport, food and medicine purchases.
• Handle personal, family and business matters with complete confidentiality.
• Be flexible and available for urgent or unexpected tasks when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile-

• Valid 4-wheeler driving licence with safe and professional driving experience.
• Prior experience as a Personal/Executive Driver, Chauffeur, Family Driver or Driver-cum-PA preferred.
• Comfortable handling PA responsibilities beyond driving and taking initiative without constant instructions.
• Good knowledge of Thane, Mumbai and nearby areas.
• Comfortable using Google Maps, WhatsApp, email and booking apps.
• Comfortable around pets and willing to handle pet-related duties.
• Presentable, punctual, reliable, disciplined and trustworthy.
• Good Hindi communication; English/Marathi is an advantage.
• Comfortable with confidentiality, flexible timings and a long-term role.
• Male candidates preferred

• Salary: 30,00040,000/month, based on experience and capability.
