Role & responsibilities

• Managing permit applications and coordinating with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Streamlined the permit process by maintaining comprehensive documentation, tracking submission deadlines, and facilitating clear communication between stakeholders.
• Resolved permit-related issues efficiently, minimizing project delays and ensuring smooth project progression.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience with architectural terminology and design processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage (Dropbox, Google Drive).
• Experience AutoCAD, Revit or related is desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architect.
• Willing to work in night shift (IST 9 PM TO 6AM)
