Skills

1. To coordinate development cycles including prototype development, suppliers and testing agencies.

2. To participate in vehicle builds and issue resolution.

3. To select connectors, wires, coverings, clips and clamps based on vehicle requirements.

4. To define fuse distribution and grounding strategies.

5. To prepare 3D wiring harness routing.

6. To generate packaging requirements for wiring harnesses in vehicle DMU.

7. To prepare wiring harness 2D drawings in CHS.

8. To prepare wiring harness modules/TPLs in PLM Teamcenter.

9. To prepare and sign off DFM, DFA and DFS documents.

10. To implement changes based on DMU feedback from integration, plant and service teams.

11. To prepare fitment drawings and incorporate plant/service feedback.
