We are hiring for one of our client for the role Performance Marketing based out at Mumbai. PFB the details.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) for Skoodleplay.com
• Manage Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, Flipkart Ads and quick-commerce ad placements (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart) for the marketplace and Q-commerce catalog
• Own budget allocation and bidding across channels to hit ROAS/ACOS and CAC targets
• Build and maintain a campaign calendar around seasonality (back-to-school, festive season, exam season) and new launches across Toys, Stationery & Sports
• Work with the Web Developer to ensure tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs) is correctly implemented
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages and offers with the Manager and any design resource
• Track and report weekly/monthly performance — spend, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate — and recommend budget shifts
• Monitor competitor ad activity and category trends

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and at least one Indian marketplace ad platform (Amazon/Flipkart)
• Comfortable managing budgets that will scale into the 5–15L/month range as the channel grows
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
