Performing Marketing Manager

Experience 1 Year to 4 years (Specifically Paid Media)

Location – Gurgaon (Onsite)

CTC - Rs. 2.40 LPA to 7 LPA 

Must know - Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.

This is a full-time position based out of Gurugram (Haryana), India, wherein the candidate will be managing multiple paid media campaigns across multiple clients and platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social media platforms and search engines to drive revenue and increase ROI.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. Prepare weekly, monthly, campaign-wise reports.
• Identify performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Study client’s digital eco-system and share recommendations to improve the same, if required.
• Conduct competitor & keyword research. Creating paid media strategies and plans for existing and potential clients.
• Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
• Work with other teams to test strategies, share insights, etc.
