Performance Testing Lead

Skillset:

• Total relevant experience in Performance Testing and current responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.).
• Understanding of performance testing fundamentals, including Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability testing.
• Experience in scripting, correlation, parameterization, scenario creation, and test execution.
• Knowledge of key performance metrics such as Response Time, Throughput, TPS, and resource utilization.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools, bottleneck identification, and result analysis.
• Understanding of web applications, APIs, and application architecture from a performance testing perspective.
• Ability to explain recent project work, individual contributions, and challenges handled.
