Role & responsibilities
Requirements (5 8+ years): Skilled Performance Test Engineer responsible for ensuring the scalability, stability, and reliability of applications under varying load conditions. The candidate will design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and scripts to identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define performance testing strategy
- Design and develop performance test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications
- Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike testing
- Monitor system performance using tools and identify bottlenecks
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for performance tuning
- Work on performance testing across environments (Dev, UAT, Stage, Production)
- Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies
- Maintain and enhance test frameworks and reusable scripts
- Support CI/CD integration for performance testing
