Role & responsibilities

• Design and execute Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, Endurance, and Scalability tests.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen) and Locust (Python).
• Create workload models and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Analyze application performance metrics and identify system bottlenecks.
• Monitor server, database, and application performance during test execution.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Execute tests across Web, API, Microservices, and Cloud-based applications.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance degradations and capacity issues.
• Support performance engineering activities throughout the SDLC.
