Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans using JMeter to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions.
  
• Develop load runner scripts to simulate large-scale user scenarios and measure system response times.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of test data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  
• Provide detailed reports on test findings and recommendations for process improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Performance Testing with expertise in JMeter and Load Runner tools.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Sc).
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python.
