Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Proven experience leading performance testing activities and managing a performance testing team.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, workload modelling, and test strategy development.
• Experience in scripting, test execution, monitoring, and performance result analysis.
• Good understanding of response time, throughput, latency, concurrency, and transaction processing.
• Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Banking and Financial Services applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar.
• Understanding of web services, APIs, distributed systems, and application architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD integration for performance testing.
• Experience preparing performance test strategy documents, execution reports, and recommendations for production readiness.
