Performance Test Engineer

EXP:2 TO 10 YEARS

Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Create performance test strategies, plans, workload models, and test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts and frameworks.
• Monitor system resources including CPU, memory, disk, network, and application metrics during test execution.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide optimization recommendations.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure applications meet defined SLA, SLO, and performance benchmarks.
