About this role
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Performance Engineering activities across enterprise applications.
- Define Performance Test Strategy, Test Plans and execution approach.
- Design and review Locust and JMeter frameworks.
- Conduct NFR workshops and workload modelling sessions with business and architecture teams.
- Lead execution of Load, Stress, Spike, Soak and Endurance testing.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis across application, middleware, database and infrastructure layers.
- Mentor performance engineers and perform technical reviews.
- Collaborate with Architects, Development, DevOps and SRE teams to improve application scalability and reliability.
- Present performance findings, recommendations and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Drive Performance Engineering best practices and CI/CD adoption.
- Preferred Profile
- Experience leading small to medium-sized Performance Engineering teams.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud-native applications, container platforms and distributed systems.
- Ability to drive technical discussions independently.
