Seeking a Performance Testing Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience skilled in LoadRunner or NeoLoad and proficient in APM tools to optimize application performance

Job Description:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
• Handson experience with LoadRunner or NeoLoad for performance testing
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce platforms is an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Application Performance Monitoring APM tools such as AppDynamics Dynatrace NewRelic or Azure AppInsight
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design develop and execute performance test plans and scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad
• Monitor and analyze system performance using APM tools to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and scalability
• Conduct performance testing on SAP and Salesforce applications when applicable
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in collaboration with crossfunctional teams
