About this role
- Design performance test plans based on business needs.
- Write and maintain test scripts using LoadRunner VuGen (Web & APIs).
- Run Load, Stress, and Endurance tests using LoadRunner Controller.
- Identify system bottlenecks in servers, code, and databases using LoadRunner Analysis and tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
- Work with developers to fix performance issues and speed up applications.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
- Expert knowledge of LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).
- Insurance Domain experience.
- Strong C, Java, or JavaScript skills for writing custom VuGen scripts.
- Experience using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, or Splunk).
- Basic SQL skills and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
