Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience developing and executing performance test scripts.
• Understanding of load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and scalability testing.
• Knowledge of workload modelling, virtual users, correlation, parameterisation, and script debugging.
• Ability to analyse response times, throughput, transaction rates, and error logs.
• Experience in performance monitoring and bottleneck identification.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Banking and Financial Services applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar.
• Understanding of API performance testing and web services.
• Basic knowledge of application servers, networking, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
