💼 Experience: 2–5 Years | Performance Marketing / Paid Media / E-commerce About the Role: We’re seeking an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 📈 Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Facebook, and Instagram. 🎯 Build full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals. 📊 Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and campaign efficiency. 🧪 Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, keywords, audience segments, and campaign structures. 💰 Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and optimization to maximize ROI and business impact. 🤝 Collaborate with creative, product, category, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance and messaging.

Requirements: ✅ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media. ✅ Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. ✅ Experience with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar tracking and attribution tools. ✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and implement optimization strategies.
