About this role
We're hiring: 2 paid media roles at AppGreeks, Anthurium Sector 73 Noida
AppGreeks builds and publishes mobile apps, websites and runs digital marketing for growing businesses. We're expanding our performance marketing team and looking for people who love turning ad budgets into measurable results.
1⃣ Performance Marketing Specialist (Display and Demand Gen)
Own Google Display, Demand Gen (YouTube, Discover, Gmail) and Meta Ads campaigns, from audience strategy and creative testing to CPA and ROAS.
2⃣ App Growth Marketer (User Acquisition)
Scale installs and in-app actions through Google App Campaigns and Meta App campaigns, optimizing for retention, LTV and payback, not just CPI.
What we're looking for:
3 to 6 years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
Proven results managing meaningful ad budgets
Strong with tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, Conversions API, MMPs)
A test-and-learn mindset and comfort with data
