About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented candidate to join our team as a Performance Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimising paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, along with strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and overall ad efficiency
Generate quality leads, conversions, and sales through performance campaigns
Handle audience targeting, retargeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking
Work on funnel optimization and scaling strategies
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and campaign requirements
Manage and optimize lead generation channels including LimeChat and related CRM/conversion tools
Analyze campaign insights and prepare regular performance reports
Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Pixel & Conversion Tracking
LimeChat / WhatsApp automation tools
Understanding of D2C / E-commerce marketing preferred
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Ability to manage budgets and improve campaign performance efficiently
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred
Experience with Shopify / D2C brands
Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing & automation
Experience in scaling ad campaigns
