Performance Marketing

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to put our app at the top of the US App Store charts. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who doesn't need a manual. You'll have the opportunity to build your own team and have flexibility in terms of strategy. The goal is to get ads to work.

• Set up, manage, and scale ads on App Store, Google, YouTube, TikTok and Meta.
• Use A/B testing and ASO tactics to climb the US Top Charts.
• Write clean, persuasive copy and use video editing skills to polish ads.
• Use your high creative standards to ensure every video, sound, and font choice makes the ad highly convertible.
• Recruit and lead the talent you need to hit our growth goals.
  

• You have years of experience scaling consumer apps with considerable budgets.
• You can spot a winning ad in two seconds and then go build the technical experiment to prove it.
• Your language skills are sharp, and your marketing copy is crisp and effective.
• You're ready to do whatever it takes to win the #1 spot in the US market.
• You're excited about high-impact campaign moments.

• Work Type: Full-time - 6 days per week in-office

• Prior startup experience is highly valued.
