About this role
You will own day-to-day paid media across Google and Meta for both the campus and the online lines, working alongside the counselling team and reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead and Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Own lead and element targets across programs, cohorts, and business verticals
- Google Ads, end-to-end. Search (brand and non-brand), Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube. Campaign structure, intent-tier segmentation, bidding strategy, negative keyword hygiene, and budget pacing across cohort deadlines.
- Meta Ads, end-to-end. Prospecting, retargeting, lead ads, Advantage+ where it earns its place, and audience strategy built on CRM segments rather than lookalikes alone.
- Creative velocity. Briefing and shipping ads with the content team to ensure regular creative refreshes, against a live testing calendar rather than a quarterly refresh.
- Landing page and funnel collaboration. Ensure better conversion of traffic on home/product and other landing pages through form design and capture points.
- Reporting. Trackers and reports, daily, weekly, and monthly, along with all reviews.
- Budget: Manage day-to-day spends/budgets across verticals on a daily, weekly, monthly, or cohort-annual basis.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years running paid acquisition, with at least two years hands-on in edtech, education, or another considered high-ticket lead-generation category (BFSI, healthcare, real estate, etc. ).
- Genuine depth in both Google and Meta; not one platform well and the other through an agency. You should be able to open any account and work on them hands-on.
- Numbers: Comfortable with analysis and deep dives. To be totally number-driven.
