Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage campaign strategy, audience targeting, budgets, bidding, and performance optimization.
• Drive lead generation, conversion, remarketing, and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing page performance.
• Support social media, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing initiatives to enhance lead engagement.
• Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform best practices.
